At around 4,500 square feet this is a family villa rather than an estate, and that size is arguably the harder brief: there is enough room to be generous but not enough to be wasteful, so every decision about storage and circulation shows.

The work ran from space planning through to furniture, with the joinery made for the actual openings rather than to a nominal size.
