The project
Designed and built by one team.
Delivering a coffee shop in Riyadh rather than the UAE changes the job well before design: a different regulatory regime, a different contractor market, and a supply chain that has to be planned around the border.
We handled the interior and the fit-out, with joinery produced in our own workshop and shipped to site, which is how the specification was held at that distance.
