Swank 37 Villas

Swank is thirty-seven villas rather than one, and that changes the nature of the work. Repetition at that number is an advantage in procurement and a risk in quality: the same detail has to come out the same way thirty-seven times.

We designed and delivered the interiors across the development, producing the joinery in matched batches in our own workshop. Consistency between the units was the measure of the job.
