Designed and built by one team.
Signor Sassi is a London restaurant with a long history, and this is its Palm Jumeirah room inside St. Regis Gardens. Bringing an established venue to a new city is a question of what to carry over and what to change, and the answer has to survive contact with a different building.
We delivered the interior and the construction, including the bar and the fitted furniture. The venue sits within a hotel development, so the programme was coordinated with the property alongside the restaurant's own team.
