The project
Designed and built by one team.
San Beach is a beach club on Palm Jumeirah, so most of the room is outdoors. Arched forms carry from the building out onto a shaded terrace of pale stone, olive trees and parasols, and the interior and exterior are detailed as one continuous space.
We handled the design and the construction, including the fitted joinery. Building for an exposed beachfront setting is as much about how the detailing survives the conditions as about how it looks on opening night.
