Designed and built by one team.
For a private bank the office is a confidentiality problem as much as a design one. Meeting rooms need genuine acoustic separation, client and staff routes should not cross unnecessarily, and the finish has to be substantial without being showy.
We delivered the interior, the fit-out and the joinery at Burj Daman in DIFC, with the acoustic detailing built in rather than added afterwards.
