Designed and built by one team.
Downtown hotels serve a mix of business and visitor trade, so the public areas have to work for someone checking in with luggage and someone using the lobby as a meeting room at the same time.
Our scope covered the interior and the fit-out with joinery from our own workshop, delivered without taking the hotel out of service.
