Designed and built by one team.
This was a refurbishment at Deira Creek, in one of the oldest parts of hotel Dubai. Refurbishment differs from a new fit-out in that you inherit the building's existing conditions, and what you find behind the finishes sets the programme.
We delivered the interior and the fit-out with joinery from our own workshop, phased so the property could keep operating.
