Designed and built by one team.
Serviced business centres are let by the room, so the interior has a commercial job to do: every office has to stand up on its own, and the shared areas have to make the address feel worth the rate.
We handled the interior and the fit-out, with the joinery made in-house. Repeatable detailing across the lettable units was the requirement, and building it ourselves is how we held it.
