The project
Designed and built by one team.
Peet's is an American coffee brand with a defined store language, and a mall unit gives you a fixed envelope to fit it into. The work is reconciling the two — brand standard on one side, the landlord's shell and services on the other.
We handled the interior and the fit-out, making the counter and the fitted joinery ourselves. Mall programmes run to the landlord's access windows, and on a unit this size that is what governs the job.
