Spas are judged on how quiet they feel, and quiet is largely a construction question — separation between treatment rooms, acoustic detailing, and services routed so they cannot be heard. Finishes matter, but they are not what makes a room calm.

We delivered the design and the fit-out, including the treatment-room joinery. Wet areas and the drainage behind them were coordinated as part of the build rather than handed to a separate trade.
