Designed and built by one team.
Miss Tess sits inside the Taj in Business Bay. A restaurant within a hotel is bound by the property's standards and its operating hours, and the build has to be phased around a business that keeps trading throughout.
Our scope was the interior, the construction and the millwork, coordinated with the hotel's operations team as well as the restaurant's.
