The project
Designed and built by one team.
Marea is a New York restaurant brought to DIFC. The transplant is the interesting part: the room has to be recognisably itself while working within a Dubai building, a Dubai operator's requirements and a Dubai licensing regime.
We were responsible for the interior and the construction, including the fitted joinery, with the DIFC approvals carried as part of the scope.
