Designed and built by one team.
Lake District is a villa interior delivered as one package rather than as a sequence of separate trades. The advantage of working that way is that the joinery, the finishes and the furniture get decided against each other instead of one after another.
We covered the design, the build and the fitted elements. Everything built in was made in our own workshop, so the tolerances on site were ours to control.
