The project
Designed and built by one team.
Jin Yi sits in the Chinatown section of Dubai Mall, a themed retail environment with its own visual language. A restaurant there has to belong to that setting without being absorbed by it.
We delivered the interior and the fit-out, including the millwork. Dubai Mall's fit-out windows and delivery restrictions set the programme, and the build was sequenced around them.
