The project
Designed and built by one team.
Habstone's office is a workplace for a real-estate business, which means it is also somewhere clients are brought. The reception and meeting rooms carry a commercial weight the rest of the floor does not, and the plan was set accordingly.
We designed and built the fit-out, including the joinery. Working in an occupied commercial tower puts the constraints on access and noise rather than on the construction, and the programme was built around them.
