The project
Designed and built by one team.
Galvin is a London restaurant family, and the City Walk site is a bistro and bar rather than a formal dining room. That distinction shows up in the plan, where the bar has to hold its own trade and not simply serve the tables.
We took the interior from design to opening, including the bar joinery and the fitted furniture. City Walk's landlord fit-out requirements set the programme as much as the construction did.
