The project
Designed and built by one team.
Putting a gym inside a commercial tower is harder than fitting out a standalone unit: the structure limits floor loading, and noise and vibration have to be controlled for the tenants above and below.
We delivered the interior and the fit-out, including the reception and changing-room joinery, with the acoustic and structural constraints designed for rather than worked around.
