Designed and built by one team.
Electra's office sits in JAFZA, which is a different working environment from a Business Bay tower — larger footprints, industrial neighbours, and a free-zone authority with its own approval process.
We delivered the interior and the fit-out with our own crews and made the joinery ourselves. The free-zone permitting sat inside our scope, and in JAFZA that is usually where a programme is won or lost.
