Eat Greek at Dubai Hills Mall is a casual-dining unit, where throughput is the design problem. The room has to turn tables efficiently without the customer feeling processed, and that is decided in the layout rather than the finishes.
We handled the interior and the fit-out, with the joinery made in-house and the works run inside the mall's fit-out windows.
