Designed and built by one team.
Work inside an operating hotel is defined by the fact that it cannot stop trading. Here the constraint was as much about phasing and access as about the interior itself, because guests continue to arrive while the work is going on.
Our scope covered the interior and the fit-out, with joinery from our own workshop and coordination through the hotel's operations team. The programme was built around occupancy rather than around the trades.
