Designed and built by one team.
Clay sits on Bluewaters Island, a waterfront development where the competition for a customer's evening is immediate and visible. A venue there is judged from the promenade before anyone reads a menu.
We delivered the interior and the fit-out, with the millwork made in-house and the programme coordinated with the island's landlord requirements.
