Centro CC4 Villa 3

This is a developer villa taken to a finished interior. Houses of that kind arrive with a plan that suits everyone in general and nobody in particular, so the work begins by deciding which parts of it to accept and which to change.

The scope ran from design through construction to the furniture. Joinery was made for the actual dimensions of the house, which is largely what separates a fitted-out villa from a furnished one.
