There is no more scrutinised building in Dubai to work inside. A restaurant in the Burj Al Arab is held to the hotel's own standard on every detail, and the site logistics — access, deliveries, working hours — are governed absolutely by the property.

We delivered the interior and the fit-out, with the joinery made in our workshop to suit those access constraints. Coordination ran through the hotel throughout, not only at handover.
