The project
Designed and built by one team.
An apartment on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard is a compact plan with a strong view, and the two pull against each other: the layout wants to open towards the glazing, but the floor area does not allow much waste. Resolving that is most of the design work.
We handled the interior and the fit-out, with the storage and fitted furniture made to measure. In an apartment this size, built-in joinery is the difference between comfortable and cramped.
