The project
Designed and built by one team.
Two audiences share this building at once: customers waiting, and staff running a technical operation. The two need separating without either being treated as the afterthought, and that is the substance of the plan.
We delivered the interior and the fit-out. Working in Ras Al Khaimah rather than Dubai means a different authority and a different set of approvals, which we handled as part of the scope.
